Phone System Upgrade — 26 March 2026

We're making some improvements behind the scenes! On Tuesday, 26 March, we'll be switching to a new phone system — and we want to make sure you can still reach us throughout the process.

What to expect

Starting at 8:45 am, we'll be carrying out the switchover. The outage is expected to be brief — as little as 10 minutes — though it could take up to 2 hours depending on upstream provider.

Temporary number during the outage

If you need to reach us while our main line is unavailable, please call our temporary number:

Once the switchover is complete, everything returns to normal and you can reach us on our regular number as always:
