We work to keep product information accurate and current. Specifications, images, finishes, dimensions and technical data are a general guide only.
Manufacturers change specifications and product codes without notice, screen colours vary between devices, and listing a product does not guarantee it is in stock or still available. Please confirm current specifications, availability and suitability with our team before relying on website information for a project or specification document.
4. Quote requests
Submitting a quote request is a request for pricing. It is not an order and it does not create a contract. A contract is formed only when we issue a written quotation and you accept it, or when we accept your order in writing. We may decline any quote request.
Prices are not published on this website because pricing depends on the product, quantity, project and commercial arrangement. Each quotation is valid for the period stated on it.

We supply hardware for compliance driven environments including aged care, disability access, health, education and government projects. Any technical, standards or compliance information on this website is general in nature.
It is not certification, engineering advice, legal advice or a compliance ruling, and it does not account for the conditions of your specific building, door or approval pathway. You remain responsible for confirming that the products you select meet the requirements of your project, including applicable Australian Standards, the National Construction Code and local authority approvals. Where compliance is critical, contact our team and consult your architect, certifier or access consultant.

We also collect it automatically through cookies and analytics when you use our website, and sometimes from third parties such as builders, architects or head contractors who provide your details as part of a project.
4. Why we collect it
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, supply products, manage orders and deliveries, provide specification and product support, manage trade accounts and payments, maintain our records, send marketing where you have opted in, improve our website and service, and meet our legal and record keeping obligations.
We only use personal information for the purpose we collected it, for a directly related purpose you would reasonably expect, or where you consent or the law requires it. If you choose not to provide the information we ask for, we may not be able to quote, supply or advise on your project.
5. Cookies and analytics
